The DeWalt DC759KA Heavy-Duty 18-Volt Ni-Cad 1/2-Inch Cordless Drill/Driver Kit would function during all day use. I have had this drill for about eight months and this drill is going smoothly as ever. This is a handy tool just suited for projects around my house.
It has plenty of power although, like every other cordless tool I have used, it needs a little more time drilling/driving through hard wood. The best feature of this product is the variable speed which has a high and low range for any application, and the reverse switch that is right above the curved trigger for easy access.
I prefer the weight and feel of the drill for lengthy use and it’s a nice compromise in size, balance, and weight. It has plenty of torque for around the house and light construction uses. The batteries have decent life and charge fairly quickly. The only problem with this drill is the chuck allows drill bits to slip out far more often, other wise it is a must have product.
